The rcp error is caused by a safety feature we provide to make
sure your domain is not used to spam undesirable email against
your knowledge. You may receive and error on your screen or
you may receive an email that comes from system administrator,
which is actually your own computer sending you an email to
notify you of the problem.
The problem seems to be more prevalent with
the Microsoft Outlook software but can be easily corrected by
following the few simple instructions below.
Step 1: Select the Tools Menu and click on
options

Step 2:
Select the second tab labeled Mail setup and then hit the
send/receive

Step 3:
Next mark the box labeled schedule and automatic send
receive and set to 5 minutes like mine is. Then hit close and
hit apply any place you see and apply button that is lit.
